HIMEX Highlights Partnership with Canon Medical
BACOLOD, 4 Aug 2025. HIMEX Corporation recently joined the Philippine College of Radiology (PCR) Negros Occidental chapter as it recently concluded its local event named Essentials and Practices Guidelines Updates – Obstetrics Ultrasound, held at Park Inn by Radisson Hotel of SM City Bacolod on Saturday, 26 July 2025.
HIMEX, which was one of the Gold sponsors and exhibitors of the event, displayed Canon Aplio machines in rollup exhibit stands as well as other marketing materials such as acrylic stands and flipcharts, brochures and flyers and whitepapers for distribution.
From Panay and Negros Islands
Participants of the event were mostly consultants, clinicians, radiologists, radiologic technicians and sonographers not just from Bacolod City but all over Negros and Panay islands. The event is part of the efforts of PCR Negros Occidental chapter in uniting all acting PCR members of Negros and Panay island including Bacolod and Iloilo cities, and in providing and devising scientific and post-graduate courses primarily for radiologists and radiologic technologists.
As a gold sponsor, HIMEX was featured heavily in the morning loop video and other visual materials, as well as acknowledged as a gold sponsor in the event’s program, their electronic registration forms and in the participants’ ID cards. The HIMEX logo was displayed throughout the Aplio Me video.

Overall, the team was able to present to a packed crowd, showcasing video and printed materials, impressing the audience with the Canon machines’ aesthetic and technological features.
